An original 19 second nursery clip: an original song, two original characters, lip sync to the vocal and dance moves on the beat. Built the same way I would build your episodes, only with my own song and characters instead of yours.
Turn the sound on. The singing comes from the song file, and the animation was generated with that song as its audio reference, so mouths and moves follow the music.
"Hop, Hop, Hooray" (original): Hop, hop, hooray, let's bounce and play! / Wiggle your ears and jump up high, / spin like a leaf and touch the sky, / hop, hop, hooray, hooray!
Before any motion, one approved still fixes faces, fur, outfits and proportions. In your project this still comes from your character sheets and 3D assets.
Approved stillPico the fox cub and Bibi the bunny. Simple rounded paws on purpose: fewer hands for the AI to get wrong.
Last frame of the clipSame faces, colors and clothes after 19 seconds of dancing. This is what I check on every shot.
Four moments checked at full size for faces, paws, outfits and background.

Beat and every sung word of your song are measured, then split into shots, one per line or bar.
A still per shot from your character sheets and environments. You approve them before animation starts.
Each shot animated with your own audio as reference, so singing and dancing follow your song.
Fingers, faces, outfits and backgrounds checked frame by frame. Weak shots are regenerated or patched.
Cut on the beat into one 16:9 video, color matched across shots, transitions, audio mixed for YouTube.
One review round included. Characters and settings stay saved, so each new episode is faster.
Every sung word was measured by speech recognition in the song and in the final video. They line up within about 0.05 seconds.
Faces, fur colors, outfits, bow and star button stay the same from the first to the last frame, including through a full spin.
Frames checked at full size: no extra fingers, no melted faces, no outfit changes, background stays stable.
1920 × 1080, 24 fps, 16:9. Song mixed to YouTube loudness (about -14 LUFS).
Mouths open widest on the later lines; on the first line they move less. In a real episode each line gets its own short shot, which gives clearer lip sync.
Song, lyrics and characters are mine and new. Nothing is copied from any existing show.
Send one song with lyrics and your character sheets. I deliver a 20 to 30 second section in 1 to 2 days, in your characters and your environment, so you can judge consistency and lip sync on your own material.
